E Ink's large area ePaper signage is offered in both a high resolution, active matrix configuration, or a lower resolution, segmented configuration.

E Ink's large area ePaper signage offers several benefits for indoor and outdoor applications, including:

Segmented Large Area ePaper Signage

E Ink will offer Alpha/Numeric signs, which can be arranged into multiple rows and lengths consisting of 4-character segments, as show in the image below.

Additionally, E Ink will offer 80x64 tiles with 4mm pixels which can be interconnected, allowing for images or images with text.

High Resolution Large Area ePaper Signage

E Ink will offer high resolution / active matrix ePaper signage. Current sizes planned are a 19" and a 32", offered in 150 dpi for monochrome and 75 dpi in color. These displays can be tiled and feature seams of 1mm with plans to offer <0.5mm.

E Ink's ePaper signs are an excellent medium to display information and images in a variety of lighting conditions, both indoors and out, in areas where power consumption is a key consideration. ePaper signs will be offered in both black and white and color versions.
