Felix Ho
Chairman & President

Felix Ho was an early employee at Prime View International. He helped initiated the collaborations between E Ink and Prime View International in 2000. Prior to joining E Ink, Felix was president of YFY Group's consumer business, and also served as YFY Group's head of business strategy. He was also a co-leader of post merger integration effort when SinoPac Financial Holdings merged with International Bank of Taipei. Felix is currently also Chairman for YFY Consumer Products, Chairman for Yeon Technologies, and Chairman of YFY Jupiter. Prior to joining YFY Group, Felix was a management consultant with A. T. Kearney. Felix received both his B.S. and M.B.A. from MIT Sloan School of Management.

 

Mr. Robert Heumann
Associate Vice President, Operations

With over 25 years of experience in materials development and manufacturing, Bob Heumann leads the manufacturing and process engineering functions at E Ink Corporation. After joining E Ink in 2006, Heumann drove the expansion of manufacturing capabilities throughout the supply chain to enable the company to emerge as the global leader in ePaper displays. Heumann has been instrumental in establishing an efficient, low-cost production capability while maintaining a focus on superior quality and operational excellence to enable E Ink meet its global demands for ePaper. Prior to joining E Ink, Heumann worked at Cabot, where he was responsible for manufacturing process innovation. Previously, Heumann had a successful 18-year career with Shipley / Rohm and Haas electronic materials where he was responsible for development, scale-up and supply of materials for advanced photoresists. Heumann earned a B.S with high honors in Chemistry from Rockhurst University and a B.S. in Chemical Engineering with high honors from the University of Missouri-Rolla (Missouri Science and Technology).

 

Mr. Robert Kisiel
Associate Vice President, Operations

Robert Kisiel leads Supply Chain and Quality functions for E Ink. Since 2008, Kisiel has developed and implemented operational strategies to streamline and cost reduce E Ink's end-to-end operations. Key focus areas include global supply base development, insourcing, outsourcing, ERP implementation, inventory efficiency, Quality & Business System implementation, and risk management. Kisiel has developed and secured several critical supplier-partner relationships to enable E Ink technology. Prior to joining E Ink, Kisiel held positions with Hewlett Packard, Philips Electronics, and Millipore Corporation supporting Medical Device, Life Science, and BioProcess business units. Kisiel's former Senior Management and Program Management roles span Manufacturing, Operational Excellence, Supply Chain, and Outsourcing functions. Kisiel earned a BA in Operations Management from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst, an MBA in Operations & Technology from Bentley College, and a Six Sigma Black Belt Certification from the Air Academy.

 

Dr. Michael D. McCreary
Deputy Chief Technology Officer

Michael McCreary is responsible for creating a portfolio of advanced technologies that will enable new generations of novel display products. McCreary is a 38-year veteran of the imaging industry and held a number of leadership positions with Eastman Kodak Company (NYSE: EK) prior to joining E Ink, including serving as the General Manager of the Company's Microelectronics Technology Division. In that role, McCreary had responsibility for Kodak's solid-state imager business, including research and development, engineering, manufacturing, business development, marketing and sales. In addition to his E Ink responsibilities, McCreary currently serves on the Board of Directors of the US Display Consortium, and the Technical Advisory Board of MC10. McCreary earned a B.S. with honors in Chemistry from Principia College and a Ph.D. in Physical Organic Chemistry from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He has also attended executive business programs with the University of Pennsylvania Wharton School.

 

Mr. Simon Nip
Chief Financial Officer

Simon Nip is Chief Financial Officer for E Ink. Prior to joining E Ink, Nip has over 15 years experience in the banking industry, involved in the management and the building of financial advisory and asset management businesses. He started his career in the financial industry with Goldman Sachs and has also worked for Morgan Stanley. Nip built and managed a regional network of investment banks across Asia for one of the biggest financial conglomerates in the region. Since 2004, Nip has specialized in financial management, investment advisory and cross border M&A. Nip served on the Board of Directors of private and listed companies, and managed various financial institutions across Asia. Nip grew up in Hong Kong and received his undergraduate degree with honors in engineering from the University of Hong Kong. He received his MBA from the University of Chicago with high honors.

 

Mr. Timothy O'Malley
Associate Vice President, Product Development

Timothy O'Malley is the Associate Vice President of Product Development for E Ink. O'Malley joined E Ink in 2000 and has covered roles from Technical to Commercial to Management. Some highlights include: bringing the E Ink supply chain to Asia, leading the team that secured first 10M unit design win (Phone), and designing the first Color EPD solution. Prior to joining E Ink, O'Malley worked at Bolt Beranek and Newman (BBN), where he led efforts into real-time video traffic, network prioritization, secure networking and VPN's, and multipoint communications. O'Malley received his B.S. in Computer Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. While at MIT O'Malley worked within the Project Athena – MIT's pioneering distributed computing environment that pioneered such advancements as thin computing, and instant messaging.

 

Mr. Sriram K. Peruvemba
Chief Marketing Officer, E Ink Holdings Inc.

With more than two decades of experience in the display and electronics industries, Sriram Peruvemba leads the worldwide marketing team at E Ink. Peruvemba is responsible for strategic, inbound and outbound marketing for the Company's ePaper and LCD businesses, including brand and product management, product marketing, marketing communications, social media strategy and public relations. Since joining E Ink in 2007, Peruvemba has been instrumental in positioning the company as the leader in ePaper displays. Peruvemba was a key participant in the sale of E Ink to Prime View International, and the subsequent renaming of the parent company and its ePaper businesses to E Ink Holdings. As the go-to expert source on displays and related technology for many of the leading technology writers in the country, Peruvemba is frequently quoted in the Wall Street Journal, New York Times, Forbes, Bloomberg, Financial Times, and many other publications. He is also regularly invited to present at major technology conferences as keynote speaker, has published several articles and white papers. His experience in the electronics industry include marketing LCD, CRT, TFEL, OLED, LED, Plasma and ePaper displays into the mobile, industrial, medical, signage and TV markets. He earned a BSEE, a MBA and a Post Graduate Diploma in Management. Previously, Peruvemba held senior level positions at Sharp Corp, TFS Inc, Planar Systems and Suntronic Technology.
