To foster a friendly working environment, E Ink conducts a global employee engagement survey annually. This survey covers five key metrics: work experience, sense of purpose, trust, stress levels, and well-being (job satisfaction, purpose, happiness and stress), aiming to understand employees' engagement and commitment to the Company. In 2025, the survey achieved 100% distribution coverage, resulting in a responded rate of 80%. According to the analysis of the 2025 survey results, the average engagement score for all employees was 82.1Note1, marking a 0.33% increase from 2024. Additionally, 80% of the overall survey responses indicated the top level of engagementNote2. By understanding employees' feedback, E Ink can develop targeted measures to address weaker areas of engagement, serving as a crucial reference for organizational management and enhancing employee engagement. Based on the analysis of the 2025 results, improvement measures have been planned, including strengthening key managerial competencies and optimizing performance dialogue and PIP management mechanisms, with phased implementation beginning in January 2026.

Diagnose low engagement drivers in specific groups (e.g., 7-10 years tenure, Age 41-50) , and implement team building/focus groups to improve cohesion.
• Enhancing Performance Dialogue and PIP Governance
Strengthen the performance dialogue mechanism to close the performance perception gap, and simultaneously hold manager briefings to ensure the correct execution of the PIP process.
• Develop localized action plans based on the specific results

Sustain and further enhance the US survey participation rate to ensure representative insights for continuous improvement.
