The Company conducted an Employees’ Engagement Survey in 2025, covering all employees, with a questionnaire distribution coverage rate of 100%. The survey achieved a valid response rate of 80%, representing an increase compared to 2024. Based on the analysis of the 2025 survey results, the overall average employee engagement score was 82.1, showing an improvement year over year. In response to the survey findings, the Company planned and implemented improvement actions focusing on strengthening managerial competencies through training, enhancing capabilities in communication, performance management, developing others, Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) management, and delegation, as part of the Company’s ongoing efforts to improve leadership effectiveness and team engagement.
