E Ink Information Security Policies
E Ink Holdings Group is committed to advancing its information security policies to sustain the company’s competitive advantage, earn customer trust, and achieve its vision of sustainable operations.
‧ All employees shall strictly comply with applicable information security laws, regulations, policies, and standards. They are required to participate in information security education and training programs to enhance their awareness, understand, and fulfill their responsibilities related to information security within their roles.
‧ The company shall continuously allocate necessary resources to its Information Security Management System (ISMS), establish management standards and processes, and ensure alignment with international standards and business requirements.
‧ We are dedicated to safeguarding the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our information systems, protecting trade secrets and information assets, and maintaining a secure information environment.
‧ Real-time monitoring mechanisms shall be implemented to identify and prevent security threats. Emergency response plans shall be established to enable rapid incident response and effective recovery, ensuring the continuity of business operations.
‧ Suppliers and their employees are required to adhere to the company’s information security policies and standards during the collaboration period and cooperate with regular audits to ensure compliance with the company’s information security requirements.
Establishment of a Dedicated Information Security Unit
In accordance with regulatory requirements, a dedicated "Information Security Dept." has been established, staffed with four people, including a CISO, responsible for cybersecurity policy planning, implementation, risk management, and auditing.
Senior Management Involvement
An "Information Security Management Committee" has been established, with the CISO and other BU headers, who bi-annually meeting to review, discuss, and approve cybersecurity-related policies. Two meetings were held in 2025.
CISO reports to Board of Directors(BOD)
CISO reports annually to the BOD on the effectiveness of cybersecurity governance, currently once a year. A report on the implementation of cybersecurity-related policies was presented to the BOD on 7. Nov.2025.
